Features:

1. For rotation of a workpiece, it adopts a disk rotation means, by which the set of the disk is fixed in a cart carrier driven by a motor. The speed of the disk can opt for frequency-conversion for controlling speed.

2. In and out of the cart is controlled manually or automatically by electro dynamics.

3. The operator can place/retrieve workpieces through the cart outside of the blasting machine. Considerably convenient and safe.

4. Workpieces adopt one-piece continuous automatic blasting and the blasting time can be set.

5. The pendulum of a blasting device is optional.

6. After blasting the cleaning device for air-blowing is optional.

Application:

Blasting processing of tire molds, molds of computer frames, needle tubes, gravity die-castings, sand core molds, sewing machines' wheel rims, etc. (We have ever produced an automatic blasting machine in and outside of the wheel rims with the max. workpiece diameter 2200mm.)
