Feature

Hardest:Its cutting ability is the most powerful among plastic grits. Its speed cleaning ability nears other sands.

Frequently used:Most widely applied. The use quantity of plastic grit sand is the biggest. Applied to various light cleaning in industry.

Durable:
Produced specifically for removing coating layers of painting on aluminum boards, glass fiber and compound material surfaces
.

Low cutting ability:
At removing paint or spilt gel the workpiece surface will not be damaged. Easily gets cracked when the operating pressure is too high.

Soft and durable:
Provided with high impact-resisting strength with long use life.

Freeze-blasting:
When used in freeze-removing spilt gel, it has high impact-resisting strength with long use life. Also can be used in room temperatures.

Soft and no cutting ability:
Round ball-type is the least harmful for workpieces. Soft material with a particularly long use life.

Application

Substitutes glass beads and used in cleaning and hard material such as engine parts, turbine vanes and molds for cleaning and paint-clearing
