General:

1. Automatic sand recycle for use with pedal controlling. Equipped with Shang Po's tungsten carbide blasting nozzles with pressures at 2-7kgs.

2. Max. sand capacity: 25KG above.

3. The biggest sand material across used by the machine: aluminum oxide 24#, steel shots 0.4mm below.

4. The smallest sand material across used is below 320#. Note: the smaller the grinding material, the higher the loss rate.

5. Blasting injection-control system: adopts a 1/2" pressure-adjustment filter and can carry out a perfect injection-control by accompanying an electromagnetic valve(s). Can meet the requirements of effective filtering, pressure adjustment and stable injection.

6. Filtering of sand material: adopts double, large-dimensional filtering net for filtering. Not only makes sure the quality of injected sand material but thereby reduces the rate of blocking the blasting device, achieving a smooth blasting process.

7. How to place and retrieve a workpiece: TM-S5 has two ways available for the user to choose according to his habits: front placing and retrieval and side-doors placing and retrieval.

8. An effective hand-cloth pipe breathing hole design, able to proceed air-exchange rapidly and effectively at blasting. Not only makes the indoor visibility more clear but not causes powder pollution, an advantage for health.

9. Dust-collection horsepower: uses 1/4 HP for dust collection. Both inlet and outlet adopt a large diameter 3" for a large flow design to make sure speed and flow both can meet the requirements for the operation of the dust-collector.

10. Filtering-cloth pipe for dust-collection: 95mm across. The filtering cloth is made from twill.

11. With a high capacity the dust-collector can effectively reduce the number of dust cleaning.

12. Important sizes and matching places of the machine are processed by computerized laser cutting and drilling. All the sizes are considerably accurate and standardized. As a result, it is a great convenience for parts exchange and additional accessories in the future.

13. The post-processing procedure for this machine is completed through temperatures as high as 150℃ for powder-coating treatment to meet the basic requirements for finish process and durability.

14. Equipped with an air-cleaning device, not only for cleaning the workpiece but for preventing the loss of sand material being brought out of the sand cabin.

15. Any models above TM-S5 are all provided with an anti-dust and waterproof fluorescent lamp set, for the prevention of sand material breaking the bulb endangering the safety of the operator.
