Features:

1. Extremely applicable to automatic blasting operations that are not afraid of crashing small parts. At operation all the operator needs to do is just place a designated number of workpieces in the drum. Activate automatic blasting for automatic control. A standard type is provided with functions of time blasting, automatic stop, etc. The machine is accessible from outside for material. Easy feeding and retrieval for reducing the pollution of personnel by dust.

2. How to place and retrieve workpieces: two types are available: front-door and side-door placing and retrieving workpieces.

3. Two specifications are available for the width of a standard drum: 440mm (direct-retrieving portable) and 480mm (side-opening fixed-type). (Besides, drums with other sizes and specifications are also available.)

4. [Optional] An additional device for air blowing at idling is optional, aimed at cleaning workpieces and recollecting more sand.

5. [Optional] For fragile workpieces, rubber-coated drums are available.

6. [Optional] The pendulum for a spray gun is optional for enlargement of blasting dimension and enhancement of efficiency.

7. [Optional] Where the speed of the drum is needed for adjustment, a frequency-converter is optional.

Manual or automatic blasting of workpieces with large quantity but small size, such as bakelite products, screws, acrylic, plastic products, sleeves, etc.
